The game
Up To The Sky is a jumping game where you must reach as high as you can. You can accomplish this task by jumping on clouds. It's simple, isn’t it?
As simple it isn’t. There are a lot of things trying to make your journey harder. Clouds are on their own, they may appear on different places and you may find yourself in a situation when no clouds are in reachable distance. Luckily you are able to take a deep breath and trick the gravity – act as a bubble. Also you can blow out the air you inhaled (by deep breath) and make a huge jump. These two abilities of yours will help you to avoid situations when it seems that your journey is over.
Both abilities need some breath-energy. You will gain it slowly by time or can catch bubble birds – they will fill your energy much quicker. But be aware, bubble birds can divert you from your path and you can fall easily.
Clouds start to disappear when you jump over them. You may rest a bit but not too long – the cloud will disappear after a while. Also there are clouds which will disappear immediately, there’s no more time just for an another jump. Luckily there are also “friendly” clouds, they will help you to make it higher: a cloud which make you jump higher and a fairy cloud which will lend you some fairies to make even higher.
It's more fun when you play games against others. Up To The Sky offers two different types of multiplayer games: versus and cooperative game.
Vs. Multiplayer Game - as expected, this is about beating the other player. You win when your opponent falls down or when you outrun your opponent and increase the distance to more than the maximum allowed.
Cooperative Multiplayer Game - you and your opponent are not against each other. You must cooperate and get as high as possible. Again, the distance is important. You must not make a distance more than maximum allowed (which is less than in vs mode) or both of you will fall down. So you must learn to wait for the other player in the interest of your success.
